The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and launch of virtual AI avatar systems that function as interactive reception points in 5 locations on the premises of the Institute Pomnik Children's Health Center (IPCZD). Implementation of a virtual AI avatar as support for the patient upon entering the hospital, the Children's Health Center aims to:1. Improve the comfort and efficiency of service for patients and their caregivers2. Acting as an interactive guide, providing information, among others: about the location of the branch and procedures registration, security rules3. Reduction of stress related to hospital stay4. Reduction of waiting time for information assistance5. Shades of hospital staff from providing basic information6.
