PACKAGE 1- Breathing system compatible with the SLE respirator PACKAGE 2 - Respiratory systems intended for oxygen therapy of newborns and infants PACKAGE 3 - Breathing systems for a respirator intended for ventilation of newborns and infants PACKAGE 4 - Pipe layout low-flow with double heating for Servo-I PACKAGE 5 - Respiratory systems The subject of the order is the supply of respiratory systems - 5 packages on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract in quantities resulting from current needs and in dates resulting from the concluded contract. Brief description, details in parts sections. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for packages, then the contractor may submit an offer for the selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (OPZ). The subject of the order is the supply of a respiratory system compatible with the SLE respirator MULTIFUNCTIONAL RESPIRATORY SYSTEM neonatal, or equivalent, double-heated, with moisture removal to the outside, pipe cross-section - 10 mm, with protection antimicrobial based on the action of silver ions with proven effectiveness in tests, compatible with the SLE6000 respirator, owned by the Ordering Party Detailed information on the scope is included in Annexes 1, 2 and 5 to the SWZ.
