Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of laparoscopy tools on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines specified in the concluded contract. The ordering party requires that the offered item the order was a medical device in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1, 2 and 5 of the contract. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Grounds failure to divide into parts: the lack of division into smaller parts results from the specific nature of the subject of the contract. All items are used during treatments and must be compatible with each other and come from one manufacturer because they are used to perform this treatment the procedure itself. Dividing the contract into lots would not increase the number of potential contractors who could submit offers.
