1. The subject of the order is the author's supervision and servicing of the HIS class hospital system on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract according to Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.2. Detailed description of the item the orders include attachments no. 1 and 2 to the SWZ. Reasons for not dividing into parts: The proceedings cover the supervision and technical service of the HIS hospital system. It is not possible to divide the order into parts. The ordering party waived the division of the order in parts due to the nature of the service, which constitutes an inseparable technological whole. Supervision of the HIS system requires maintaining full database integrity and operational consistency of all modules. Splitting the order would be excessive ryzyko techniczne w zakresie kompatybilności oraz uniemożliwiłby jednoznaczne określenie odpowiedzialności za błędy systemowe, co w konsekwencji mogłoby zagrozić ciągłości udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych i bezpieczeństwu pacjentów.
