Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of body composition analyzers (2 pieces) on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the order. 1, 2 and 5 to stwz. The Ordering Party expects to submit equivalent offers referred to in referred to in art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way and describe it by indicating the product supplied by a specific contractor and such indication is accompanied by the words or equalized. Pursuant to Art. 99 section 6 of the Public Procurement Law, indicates in the description of the subject of the contract (order no. 1 to the SWZ) the criteria used to assess equivalence and the requirements for the evidence in question in accordance with Chapter xIII, point 1.4.2. SWZ.)
