1) The subject of the order is the successive delivery of a maximum of 312, 466 bottles (including bottles) of carbonated and still mineral (and spring) water in PET bottles according to the following division: a) up to 148, 332 bottles of natural carbonated mineral water with capacity 1.5 l (no deposit)b) up to 138, 144 bottles of still natural mineral water (can be replaced with lightly carbonated) with a capacity of 1.5 l (no deposit)c) up to 25, 920 bottles of natural carbonated mineral water with a capacity of 0.5 l (no deposit)d) up to 70 bottles of spring water with a capacity of 5l Required parameters of mineral and spring water can be found in Annex 2 to SWZ.2) ATTENTION! The ordering party requires only water packed in bottles not subject to a deposit fee (Act of June 13, 2013 on management of packaging and packaged waste (as amended). Annex No. 7 to the SWZ indicates the places of delivery. The amount will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party during the duration of the contract.
