Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of radiocommunication materials with the following division into tasks: Task 1 Power cables and headsets 2. The maximum order quantity is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Conditions of the Order Form offer.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order for each product item is included in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Order Terms and Conditions. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). This attachment is also a price form.4. The contractor is obliged to: granting a 24-month warranty for the entire product range constituting the subject of the delivery, counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.5. The place of delivery is the warehouse of the Communications and IT Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109. 6. The conclusion of a framework agreement does not deprive the Ordering Party of the right to order the supplies in question through separate public procurement procedures.
