Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of logged materials for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow - Task 1: Office gadgets.2. The ordering party will divide the procedure into 6 tasks in accordance with the description in point 4. Description of parts of the contract, if the ordering party allows the submission of offers. honorary.3. A detailed description of the subject and the size of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions in the price form.4. The maximum order quantity is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ Price Form.5. All delivered products must be properly logged, in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines. Detailed information regarding logging in is included in the draft Agreement (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ).6. Deliveries will be made to the KWP in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 109. The ordering party requires due secured delivery appropriate for a given product range.7. The conclusion of a framework agreement does not deprive the Ordering Party of the right to order the supplies in question through separate public procurement procedures.8.
