Tender Details

1) The subject of this order is the following services: a) Inspection, legalization and regeneration of fire extinguishers; 2) Detailed description of the subject of the order in terms of maintenance inspections performed, their number and possible repairs, along with the requirements regarding keeping documentation of the work performed is included in Appendix No. 2 (Description of the Subject of the Order) and Appendix No. 3 (Price Form) to SWZ.3) ATTENTION! The Ordering Party requires that in the case of performing maintenance services on devices covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the Contractor perform the services in question in a way that will not result in the loss or limitation of the warranty granted by the manufacturer of a given device.4) A list of facilities and their location together with a list containing the type and quantity of elements subject to services are specified in Annex No. 3 to this SWZ (Price Form).5) The Contractor will provide a warranty for the services performed and for the devices, products and materials used to complete the order in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, but not shorter than manufacturer's warranty.
