Tender Details

Task 1 Materials for PerkinElmer devices1) The subject of the order is the supply of materials and reagents for LK devices in order to perform tests used in devices located in genetics and chemistry laboratories. 2) Detailed description of the item and size orders are included in Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions in the Price Form.3) The maximum order quantity is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Price Form.4) Deliveries will be made to the Warehouse of the Department of Materials and Technical Management KWP located in the city of Krakow (ul. Mogilska 109). The ordering party requires a properly secured delivery, appropriate for a given product range.5) The warranty period for products from each task is 12 months from each delivery.6) The delivered products must come exclusively from current production (production date: no earlier than 24 months before the delivery date).
