Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the organization of accommodation, meals and conference room rental for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow. 2) The contractor will ensure an appropriate number of people handling this order. The contractor will be obliged to appoint an active person/persons telephone line and e-mail address for contact with the Ordering Party's employees during the execution of the contract, on the Ordering Party's working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., enabling in particular making and changing reservations.3) The Contractor in during the period of implementation of the contract, will provide the Ordering Party with at least one telephone number open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, including public holidays, to be used by the Ordering Party, in particular to report incidents of unforeseen circumstances during the trip, in particular the need to make changes during a given trip.4) The Ordering Party anticipates that during the term of the contract it will make approximately 30 reservations for groups of 5 to 100 people, ranging from 1 to 6 nights with meals.
