sale and delivery of servers and network switches sale and delivery of disk space servers and FC switches The subject of the order is the modernization and expansion of the UAM server IT infrastructure - the subject of the order is existing divided into 2 parts. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ. Part 1 and 2 - the order must be completed within: up to 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and receipt by the Contractor of confirmation from the competent supervisory authority the Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 83 section 14 point 1 in connection with Art. 83(1)(26)(a) of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended) or receiving information that it is not possible to issue such confirmation by the relevant supervisory authority of the Ordering Party (the completion date is the criterion for evaluating the offers). The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk in the places specified by the Ordering Party. Domestic and foreign transport together with insurance, all customs duties, stamp duties and any other fees - on the Contractor's side. The Contractor will attach the following evidence to the offer: a) technical description of the offered subject of the order, including all necessary information enabling the assessment of compliance of the offer with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. A to the SWZ (i.e. in particular catalog cards of the offered devices, information folders, a list containing specific...
