Delivery of GPU, CPU and network devices servers Delivery of nodes for interactive work Delivery of the Network Services Server The subject of the order is the expansion of the computing cluster for the needs of the Adam Mickiewicz University Artificial Intelligence Center - the subject of the order has been divided into 3 parts. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ. Part 1, 2, 3 - The order must be completed: up to 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and receipt by the Contractor of confirmation from the relevant supervisory authority of the Ordering Party in accordance with art. 83 section 14 point 1 in connection with Art. 83(1)(26)(a) of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended) or receiving information that it is not possible to issue such confirmation by the competent supervising authority of the Ordering Party (the completion date is the criterion for evaluating the offers). The completion date is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk in the places specified by Ordering Party. Domestic and foreign transport, including insurance, all customs duties, stamp duties and any other fees - are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor will attach the following evidence to the offer: technical description of the offered item subject of the order, containing all necessary information enabling the assessment of compliance of the offer with the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. A to the SWZ (i.e. in particular catalog cards of the offered devices, ...
