A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the work covered by the subject matter. orders if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The contractor grants the ordering party a 4-year, non-exclusive license for use of the Software for managing documentation of study programs, counting from the date of awarding the order, i.e. from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor provides maintenance services for the licensed Software during the license period (4 years). The Ordering Party stipulates that all possible names provided in the SWZ or another document integral with the SWZ, proper names of materials (products) are not intended to violate the Public Procurement Law, but are only intended to specify the quality and technological expectations of the Ordering Party.
