Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the successive delivery of aviation fuel for jet engines with CN code 2710 19 21 under the trade name JET A-1 (code according to PKWiU 19.20.24.0) to a road tanker or directly to an aircraft (helicopter) used by Police Aviation Section of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Krakow, with a total volume of 100 m3. 2) The expected amount of fuel is a forecast value. This value is indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party and does not constitute obligations of the Ordering Party towards the Contractor. The Ordering Party guarantees the performance of the contract at a minimum level. 70%.3) The supplied fuel will meet the quality requirements contained in Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS).4) The contractor must will ensure the issuance of aviation fuel at at least 5 airports located in provincial cities of the Republic of Poland, including the Krakow-Balice Airport, where the aircraft and tanker truck of the Ordering Party will be refueled.5) In order to confirmation that the offered level of order performance is consistent with the Ordering Party's expectations.
