Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new mobile phones for the Office of Technical Inspection, in accordance with the Technical Specification of the Equipment constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The parameters given in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ include: treated as required parameters of the offered equipment. The Ordering Party allows offering equipment with better parameters than required, unless otherwise stated in the technical specification. The ordering party requires specific parameters offered. 3. The equipment offered must come entirely from mass production and must be brand new. The equipment must be manufactured no earlier than the fourth quarter of 2025. 4. The equipment must come from an official distribution channel authorized by the manufacturer equipment. At the time of delivery, the Ordering Party will be able to request confirmation from the Equipment Manufacturer's Representative that the delivered equipment comes from the official distribution channel authorized by the equipment manufacturer.
