ZP - IR Delivery of a stent graft dedicated to the creation of TIPS II. The subject of this public contract is the repeated supply of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on medical devices"), namely vascular stent grafts dedicated to the creation of TIPS, needed for the treatment of patients at the contractor's workplaces (hereinafter referred to as "Medical Devices" or also "Medical Material").
