Sterile pre-washed white abdominal masks Sterile pre-washed abdominal masks green Sterile, unwashed abdominal masks Non-sterile, unwashed abdominal masks Non-sterile pre-washed abdominal masks The subject of this public contract, or of its individual parts, are repeated supplies of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices"), namely sterile and non-sterile abdominal masks, required for the treatment of patients on the employer's workplace (hereinafter referred to as "Medical devices" or "Medical material"). The contracting authority stipulates that this public contract, or its individual parts, only a participant with the status of an integration social enterprise or a participant who is an employer in the protected labor market. The fact that the supplier has the status of an integrating social enterprise or is an employer on the protected labor market must be stated by the supplier in the offer together with a confirmation from the Czech Labor Office of the Republic according to § 38 ZZVZ Fulfillment of this condition cannot be proven through other persons. At the same time, the participant submits a signed sample of the reservation contract, which forms Appendix No. 10 of the ZP. In connection with the realization of deliveries, the contracting authority requires security replacement performance for the entire duration of the contract in a manner (number of persons) covering the expected collection of medical devices in each calendar year.
