The subject of procurement is planning consultant duties related to planning projects. The consultant is responsible for creating the formula and the material needed for the preparation under the direction of the city's planning unit. The planning projects are located in different parts of the city of Raasepor and can vary in scope and size from small "postage stamp schemes" to larger urban subdivisions. The formulas are divided into different categories (XS-L) according to Appendix 2. The assignment includes (depending on the scope of the project) e.g. the following entities in Finnish and in Swedish: - drawing up a participation and evaluation plan - preparation of the plan draft and plan report - drawing up a plan proposal and plan statement - filling out the statistical data form in the proposal phase and completing the formula after approval - summary of received statements and opinions/reminders - preparation of drafts of responses to received statements and opinions/reminders - participation in resident and information events - possible ones negotiations with landowners and authorities and others concerned - preparation of possible observational images - the task may include the evaluation of necessary reports - background reports and other possible things related to the planning process and zoning tasks are always agreed upon separately - some assignments may require an on-site visit.
