This covers the central issues of spatial development (settlement, landscape, traffic as well as supply and disposal) in the form of partial structure plans. In addition to the technical basics and the implementation of cantonal and regional requirements, the current needs of the population are also taken into account checked, recorded and illustrated. In a second step, the entire usage planning will be revised. After an in-depth analysis, the order includes the development of all necessary documents and associated reports. The order includes the spatial planning development of: * the municipal master plan (consisting of settlement, landscape, traffic and supply plan), * the building regulations, * the zone plan including overlying plans (e.g. core zone plans and others supplementary plans), * Regulations with a direct connection to the BZO (e.g. regulation on the protection of the environment, parking regulations).
