The subject of the performance of the public contract is High-speed Internet 1 - Building a high-capacity network within IO 13, consisting mainly of the following activities: 1) preparation of a pre-project study with a route proposal based on a cadastral map with graphic showing the assumed affected plots and marking all addresses and distinguishing their eligibility for subsidy. The basis of the pre-project study will graphically distinguish the plots of land that are owned by the given municipality, region and state in the given cadastral territory. 2) processing of project documentation for zoning approval (hereinafter referred to as "DÚR") including the performance of engineering activities for zoning approval. Specifically, it involves conducting surveys and surveying, creating project documentation, including itemized documentation budget and statement of measurements, securing the relevant building permits, including submitting an application for the issuance of a valid zoning decision. The project documentation will be processed digitally, in such a way that its graphic outputs can be viewed by mobile with a tablet or smartphone type device with an emphasis on interactivity and display of the operator's position using a GPS signal based on an orthophoto map according to ČÚZK data and RUIN information according to ČÚZK data. 3) Performance of copyright supervision during construction works, always for individuals construction sections. The performance of author's supervision will take place from the start of construction work to the issuance of approval. 4) processing of lists of land affected by the construction of an underground communication line, i.e. land on which it is to be in accordance with the project documentation, the construction of the underground communication line is located.
