The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of additional property settlement. The subject of the award is the construction of the waterworks of the main drainage facility (hereinafter referred to as "HOZ") in the c.ú. Sady, Uherské Hradiště village, Uherské Hradiště district, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and amending certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and amending certain related laws, as amended of later regulations, in the property of the state and under the jurisdiction of managing the SPÚ as follows: - "SADY", ID 5120000069-11201000, open channel (trapezoidal profile with fortification of the bottom and foot of the slopes with concrete paving) with a total length of 829 m, year of acquisition 1969 The subject of the award will be part of the HOZ waterworks construction with a total length of 5 m open, originally located on land lot no. 813/28 and 815/1 in c.ú.
