Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of materials presented in the attachments entitled List of materials I and List of materials II. The contractor will ensure the proper quality of the materials supplied in accordance with applicable standards and quality requirements, including PZH certificates. The Ordering Party reserves that the estimated total amount of materials ordered during the duration of the contract may change, which the Contractor accepts by submitting the offer and will not raise any objections in this regard. The price given in the offer form by the Contractor will be only declarative in nature and used to evaluate submitted offers. Depending on the needs, the Ordering Party may reduce or increase the estimated order quantity and will pay the Contractor only for the goods actually delivered. Settlements under the concluded contract will be made in dates set under the terms and conditions specified by the Ordering Party.
