Description : KWL are seeking Sub-contractors to carry out improvement works to Zeals Garth, Kingston upon Hull, HU7 4WDThe objective of this scheme is to refurbish the vacant Council-owned former NHS office at Zeals Garth and turn it into a managed workspace unit, that will provide 7 refurbished workspace units and upgrade / refurbish identified building elements.
