The building of the 300-bed Lung Sanatorium, handed over in 1962, is located in the Pozva settlement, five kilometers from the city. The building operates on 3 floors. No large-scale renovations took place on the buildingek, the condition of the building is poor, from an energy point of view it is unfavorable. In 2018, the ground floor was vacated by the Hospital, and has been empty ever since. The OMSZ will receive approximately half of this level (approx. 3/4 of one wing, approx. 800 m2) for the construction of a temporary rescue station.
Expected totaln 70 people must be accommodated. Some of them will be present according to the normal daily work schedule, with rescue workers taking turns, 24 hours a day.the frames are outdated (there are also a couple of plastic window panes that were replaced 1-2 years ago), the doors and windows are also in bad condition. The renovation does not affect external surfaces (with the exception of doors and windows), interior renovation is required. CCTV system to be installed completely, points to be monitored with cameras: building entrance, parking lot, gate. It is necessary to build a complete building sound system, with an announcer microphone, speakers in the living room, at the car park and in places designated later.
