This consultation concerns: ZAC Sohettes Val des Bois - Tranche 2 - Environmental and urban studies A logistics platform project of more than 30 ha is disrupting the development of the ZAC Sohettes Val des Bois. The 1st phase of development does not unable to meet this demand, it is necessary to consider the implementation of a 2nd phase of development. Prior to the final agreement of our client, we must launch the implementation of the environmental studies necessary to the establishment of DUP and modification files. The consultation that we wish to launch concerns the establishment of: - an impact study (including traffic study) - a water law file, - a DUP file with implementation compatibility of PLUs, - a parcel survey file; - a modification production file
