The community of communes of the Pays de Luxeuil wishes to make the servicing of the platform located on the ZAC of the 7 horses. This platform has already been leveled during previous works to create the ZAC. Also, the work consists in viabilling the prizes offered for sale by creation of a road and wet (AEP, EP, EU) and dry (telecom, public lighting) networks. This platform is naked. However, a small platform (1600m2) in GNT existed there, it was used for traveling people from travel, and two obsolete electrical boxes are present. The work consists to create a roads with swings in dead end with turning racket, and to place the wet networks (AEP FONTE DN100, EP PVC DN400, EU PVC DN200; GRDF PE 63) and dry (TV ducts TPC42/45 * 4u, Public lighting TPC 63 + cables); Then make the connections for each batch. The wet networks (main network and connections) will be placed in common excavation. It will be the same for dry networks. At this stage, the CCPLx is not yet aware of the gas needs of future batch buyers. Also, in an anticipation approach, the CCPLx in consultation with GRDF's services will make a gas connection conduct.
