ZŠ Sever, Lužická 1208, Hradec Králové - structural modifications of the catering pavilion - construction The subject of the performance of this public order is the building modifications of the catering and after-school education facility of the Sever Elementary School consisting of construction modifications in the underground and 1. above-ground floor related to catering operations. In the underground floor, there are modifications caused by a change in the layout and functional use of individual spaces, in particular new hygienic facilities for workers and a day room. New the cooling and freezing areas are designed in place of the original ones. A new elevator is designed for transporting raw materials between the underground and the 1st above-ground floor. The subject of construction modifications on the 1st above-ground floor are the kitchens, dispensers and areas for washing dishes caused by a new solution for arranging the preparation and delivery of lunches and a new technology for collecting and washing dishes. Part of the work also includes the static securing of the ceiling structure under the brewhouse. The dining area is undergoing structural modifications in connection with a new solution for the entire air conditioning system operation. In addition, measures are proposed in the dining room, the purpose of which is to achieve acoustic comfort during dining room operation. Part of the building modifications is a new solution for the distribution of the technical equipment of the buildings in the underground floor caused by the new arrangement of technology in the space kitchen and in an unsatisfactory condition considering their age.
