Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the surviving structural components of the classrooms in the 2nd floor of the ZŠ Lidická building, specifically rooms No. 2.22, 2.21 and 2.20, including related construction modifications. The scope of work includes in particular: • dismantling of existing floor layers, • removal of degraded structures, • local repairs of underlying layers, • execution of new floor compositions, • plaster repairs, • painting, • modification of electrical installations, • acoustic modifications of ceilings, • related masonry and finishing work, • moving materials, • removal and disposal of waste, • continuous cleaning of the construction site, • ensuring health and safety, • photo documentation of the implementation, • handing over the document part. The technical solution is based on the project documentation "ZŠ Lidická - building modifications classroom" processed in 06/2021.
