Request for proposals are invited for Youth Employment Data Management System

Proposals should present a comprehensive breakdown of costs in USD, covering all reasonable,
allocable, and allowable expenses that the service providers may encounter.
The validity period of offers should be a minimum of 90 days from the offer deadline.
Bidders are urged to submit Proposals on official letterheads or in an official format.
The lead bidder must be a local company/organization and must demonstrate their legal capacity
to enter a contract with the client by submitting a registration certificate alongside a valid deduction
at source. The bidder can apply within a consortium with other local or international companies- if
applicable.

How to obtain Part Two: Interested bidders should send an email to the email address above,
to request Part Two of the RFP, no later than Tuesday [27/02/2024], by End of Day. We expect
to respond within 2 Business Days. The request should include:
Company registration certificate,
Deduction at source certificate, and
Updated company profile.
Questions and Pre-bid meeting: To uphold the fairness of the competitive bidding process, all
inquiries and communications regarding the RFP are to be discussed during a pre-bid meeting that
will be held remotely online on Tuesday [05/03/2024]. The details of the meeting and the online
link will be shared with companies that are eligible to receive Part Two as explained above.
How to submit the Full Proposal: Once you receive the above packet (Part Two), you will have
the needed information to be able to submit the Full Proposal.
Proposals must be submitted and marked 'Proposal for [Data Management System]' to the email
above. no later than [Wednesday, March 14th, 2024], by End of Day.
Bidders must submit separate the technical proposal and financial proposal. These should be
clearly labelled and submitted in separate documents.
Request for Quotation shall be stamped and signed by the bidder.
