PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the for boiler replacements in Yellowstone National Park, Mammoth, WY. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remove three (3) oil-fired boilers, install twelve (12) LPG gas fired boilers, remove heating oil tanks, and install four below-grade propane tanks (park will perform required excavation work). SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6226B0001PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1, 000, 000 and $5, 000, 000TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by mid July 2025 with performance to begin in August 2025. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Park County, WY will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Price (sealed bid)North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238220, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
