The subject of the order is the year-round maintenance of cleanliness and order on the streets, roads, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle routes, bicycle paths, stairs, alleys, footbridges and other communication routes located in the city of Lidzbark Warmiski, which are the property of the Lidzbark Municipality.
