Year-end audits - Required: In compliance with the provisions established within the framework of current regulations, the hiring of a specialized consultancy is required to carry out a management and financial audit corresponding to the 2024 and 2025 periods of the Electric Energy Regulatory Commission (CREE). The purpose of hiring this consultancy is to evaluate institutional management and the proper administration of public resources, strengthening the mechanisms of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in the institution. Likewise, the results of the audit will make it possible to identify opportunities for improvement and, if there are findings or recommendations, they will serve as a basis for the implementation of duly documented corrective actions, contributing to the strengthening of institutional processes and compliance with the principles of efficiency, effectiveness and transparency that govern public management.
