Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with UserTesting Technologies Canada, Inc for the supply and delivery/provision of Year 1 UserTesting.com License DESCRIPTION/SCOPE: The City is issuing a Notice of Intent to Contract (NOITC) to proceed with User Testing Technologies Canada, Inc. for the provision of a cloud‑based user testing platform required to support user‑centric design and service improvement initiatives across the organization. The Digital Services & Customer Experience portfolio currently lacks an efficient, scalable, and accessible solution to rapidly gather feedback from external users on City products, applications, and services. Implementing a dedicated user testing platform is essential to enable timely insights that inform design, improve service usability, and support adoption. Following a pilot trial of proposed solutions, UserTesting was identified as the only vendor able to meet the City-s functional, accessibility, support, and research‑readiness requirements. The platform provides a diverse and locally relevant tester pool, live-interview capabilities, AI‑enabled insight generation, guided research support, and the ability to easily test City applications, websites, prototypes, and services.
