Invitation to Bid
for the upply of Labor and Materials for the Repair/Improvement of Bagay-Tominjao, Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu
The Municipal Government of Daanbantayan, Cebu, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to bid for the upply of Labor and Materials for the Repair/Improvement of Bagay-Tominjao, Bagay, Daanbantayan, Cebu with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1, 400, 000.00) through the authorized appropriation of Assistance to Municipalities (AM) FY 2018 Budget (DILG).
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking at least three (3) years similar to the project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount, in cash to the Municipal Treasurer as indicated in the table above. Bid documents fee is Five Thousand Pesos (P 5, 000.00).
The Municipality of Daanbantayan reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring liability to the affected Bidder of Bidders.
