The u.s. Army medical research acquisition activity (usamraa) in support of walter reed army institute of research (wrair) intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in far 13.106(b)(1)(i)) with bruker nano, inc., 5465 e cheryl parkway, madison, wi 53711, for the procurement of a bruker d8 venture x-ray diffraction system.
