Description
The Bureau of Reclamation's Missouri Basin Regional Office intends to solicit a Request for Quote (RFP) for a kitchen remodeling effort at the Casper Control Center (CCC), located in the Bureau of Reclamation's Wyoming Area Office Mills Complex (BOR Mills) at 705 Pendell Blvd in Mills, Wyoming 82601. The RFQ will be issued at https://www.sam.gov. The principal components of work include the following:(1) A new counter along two of the walls in an L shape that includes a cutout for a new 24' sink and leaves empty space for the existing 20' wide oven (2) New 24' sink/ garbage disposal (3) New reverse osmosis system for drinking water(4) New storage cabinets underneath the new counter in an L shape (5) New elevated storage cabinets above the new counter on two of the walls in an L shape (6) New outlets installed on all three walls, per current electrical code (7) New lighting fixture is installed on the ceiling (8) New paint on the walls. In accordance with Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue Solicitation No. 140R6024Q0032 on or around February 14, 2024. The close for acceptance of quotes is anticipated to be 30 days from the date the solicitation is actually issued. Quotations are expected to be submitted by electronic (email) to the Contract Specialist at [email protected]. The estimated price range for this acquisition is less than $25, 000. Reclamation anticipates the set-aside for this acquisition to be Total Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236118, Residential Remodelers, which has an associated Small Business Size standard of $45 million. The period of performance is anticipated to be completed within 180 calendar days of contract award.
