Toowoomba Regional Council undertake regular upgrades to their water supply systems in line with their 3-yearly planning reports. Highfields has been identified as a high growth area into the future, and therefore Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking offers from competent contractors to complete a series of upgrade works. As a summary, the works include:• Build new shed and slab to house pumps, generator and associated electrical equipment• Install TRC free issued pumps for installation into shed• Extension to hardstand for access to new pump station• Replace reservoir inlet and outlet pipework and valving• Electrical o Generator sizing, procurement and installation o Switchboard design, procurement and installation o Control philosophy and RTU programming• Connection from underbore under New England Highway into inlet
