This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. 75H71325Q00047 has been issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed price commercial supply contract for brand name dental hand pieces for the Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU), located in Warm Springs, Oregon. The commercial supply contract is for SURGtorque 45 Degree Angle Surgical Handpiece (Qty. 6); SMARTmatic Handpiece S20K 40000 rpm (Qty. 20); MULTIflex LUX Coupler 6 Pin 460LE Fiber Optic (Qty. 20); MASTERtorque High Speed Handpiece Cellular Optic (Qty. 20); INTRAmatic Air 5000-20000 rpm Motor (Qty. 20).
