The subject of this service tender is the provision of a fully functional GIS Portal and viewer, the provision of (5) five IT professionals for software development and another IT professional, not only experienced in software development but also specialised in GIS centric application development and GIS technologies. All (6) six IT professionals will be working with the software development team at the contracting Authority-s head office, The duration of this contract will be that of thirty-six (36) months. Essentially, the jobs assigned will consist of software development and software maintenance, some of which will require GIS specialisation.
