Tender Details

This tender concerns the establishment of a framework agreement (period contract) for the supply and delivery of Energy Efficient Information Technology (IT) equipment. The framework agreement shall cover the supply of the following items, up to the maximum quantities indicated: 1. Up to twenty five (25) high end laptop computers 2. Up to one hundred (100) normal office automation laptop computers 3. Up to twenty five (25) 2 in 1 laptops computers 4. Up to one hundred fifty (150) 27 inch monitors 5. Up to ten (10) Windows based tablets 6. Up to twenty (20) Ruggedized Android tablets 7. Up to ten (10) 65 inch Android televisions The framework agreement shall be valid for a period of two (2) years commencing from the date of contract signature. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the agreement for a further period of up to six (6) months, under the same terms and conditions.
