Tender Details

The scope of this need consists of (1) setting up a construction logistics hub and (2) the operational implementation of the storage, transport and issue/transfer of the goods and additional services. The WP17 LDV is controlled by a TenneT team that is closely involved in the steeringg on the construction schedule of the South West East 380kV project and has relationships with contractors who have to build and suppliers who have to produce the goods and deliver them to WP17 LDV.

The scope includes:

Design and set up of construction logistics hub: Storage hall with storage area for the receptionand safe storage of a determined number of OGGs (Goods Supplied by the Client, to the construction contractor) of WP4 and WP5.

Facilitating space for pre-assembly and assembly of a number of E-materials by third parties.

Additional logistics services, for example with regard to acceptanceconnection of OGGs (if contractually agreed, by TenneT) and order picking;

Administration/inventory management

Transport and unloading of OGGs from the hub to the work sites.

Security of the hub

Facilitation of quality checks carried out by TenneT and Subcontractors on the leverances so that errors can be discovered early.

Creating and making space available for pre-assembly by subcontractors.
