The tenderer shall have to give the following undertaking with the tender document if they receive the purchase order against the tender at present: (a) There will be no interruption in the supply of bags as per the demand of TSPCL. (b) On approval of the tender and issuance of purchase/contract the successful bidder shall supply bags to TSPCL uninterruptedly.
