The healthcare organizations in Helse Vest intend to enter into framework agreements on wound treatment with negative pressure. The competition is divided into 4 sub-contracts. It is possible to submit offers for one, several or all partial contracts. Each partial contract is created separately in Mercell. Note that if the offeror wishes to enteroffers for several subcontracts, offers are submitted for each of the subcontracts in question. It is permitted to submit a maximum of 2 parallel offers per partial contract. If parallel offers are submitted, a requirements specification and a price form must be filled in for each offer.
