1. Background and Purpose BusinessOulu Business (hereinafter: "Procurement Unit" or "Subscriber") is the Employment and Economic Development Institute of the City of Oulu, which is responsible for promoting the growth and internationalization of Oulu.(Store) to the project (also "project"). The project is funded by the Northern Ostrobothnia Association (ERDF) and its implementation time is until December 31, 2025. Intelligent and regenerating tourism in the Oulu region (Store) is a regional group project aimed at bringing the Oulu area to one sustainable tourismknowledge -based international top spot in Europe. This group project includes the City of Oulu and the municipality of Liminga, Humanpolis Oy, the City of Raahe, Iin Micropolis Oy and the joint marketing company Oulun Matkailu Oy. This acquisition is related to the implementation of BusinessOulin a group project. The selected implementer is available as a procurement option for all partial implementers of a group project to develop tourism sustainability and to implement similar work programs.
