INVITATION TO BID FOR WORKSHOP ON THE FORMULATION OF GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) PLAN 2028
1) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF-GAD 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 240, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Workshop on the Formulation of Gender and Development (GAD) Plan 2028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for Catering services and venue preparation, including backdrop fabrication and installation, tables and chairs arrangement and other related venue requirements for the successful conduct of Workshop on the Formulation of Gender and Development (GAD) Plan 2028 .
