Works (services) for the maintenance of the gas chromatograph Khromos GC-1000 serial No. 111: - fault diagnosis, with the issuance of a technical report on the diagnostic results; - checking for leaks of the gas preparation unit, checking the correctness of the task gas consumption; - checking the PID unit, checking voltage, noise level, drift, sensitivity using the test mixture; - checking and adjusting the gain of the analytical unit with the detector; - replacement of the liner and membrane (materials from the Contractor); - examination separating ability of the column; - checking gas supply lines for leaks, eliminating leaks; - checking the operation of the hydrogen generator, replacing water, checking leaks, monitoring electrolyzer voltage; - air compressor maintenance, draining water; - elimination of any other faults without repair.
