description: Works for the Reform of the Electrical Installations of the Parxis Building of the Faculty of Fine Arts. Currently, the building has an outdated electrical network with two switches that feed the different electrical panels distributed on the different floors of the building. TheCurrent paintings present deficiencies due to: the aging of the material over time, obsolete mechanisms, poor operability of the building. With this action, it is intended to renew the electrical switchgear, to improve the operational management of the panels and lines, as well as to adapt the electrical panelsrich in the Current Regulations. Improving the Performance, Safety of Electrical Installations with Savings and Greater Energy Efficiency, According to What is Described in the Executive Project.
