This market is a work market. This market includes the execution of the development of the Place Saint Vincent and has a single batch. The work includes in particular: the identification and updating of the impetrants. Disassembly and demolition work of roads and constructions. Earthworks. The realization of under-fondations and foundations under the new coatings. The realization of the different coatings. The establishment of linear elements, stairs and urban furniture. The construction of land defense walls and other masonry work. Horticultural and planting works. The work is to be carried out outside the roads, and partly on roads belonging to the type III network. The work described above is not exhaustive, the detail of the work is resumed in the technical clauses and the Summary Summary Annixed to this Special Specifications. As part of this market, the contracting authority intends to fight against social dumping and social fraud.
