TECHNICAL TASK for performance of works: Installation of the EM and EO system. Explanation on the division of the construction object: "Reconstruction of the warehouse complex of the 1st and 2nd stages on the street 21 km of Zhytomyr highway, house 7 in the village of Stoyanka, Buchansky District, Kyivska oblast" TOV PROFITABLE PURCHASEa) Brief description of the works. The total term of the works is 40 calendar days. At the construction site, monolithic elements must be installed: In the contract price, the Participant must include all possible accompanying expenses (administrative expenses; logistics expenses; housing rental expenses; per diems for employees; engineering services; expenses for mechanisms and tools; depreciation; unloading of materials supplied by the Customer; fasteners for performing works and other costs). The work must be performed in accordance with the submitted price offer on the Customer-s BОQ form. When performing the work, the Contractor must comply with: - building codes and standards; - regulatory and legal acts; works; - to carry out activities in compliance with environmental safety requirements, not to violate the environmental rights and legitimate interests of other subjects; - to carry out economic and other activities without violating environmental protection legislation; - to be responsible for compliance standards for the content of pollutants in exhaust gases, discharges of pollutants and the influence of physical factors of mobile sources on the state of the environment established for the corresponding type of vehicle. For the acceptance of works The Customer, the Contractor must develop executive documentation in accordance with the requirements of the General Contractor and technical supervision of the construction.
